A boutique executive consulting firm founded on the belief that the most complex organisational challenges deserve counsel that is as intellectually rigorous as it is deeply human. We partner with senior leaders who refuse to settle for conventional thinking.

OUR STORY

Born from the belief that consulting could be done differently

Point Advisory was founded in 2015 by a small group of senior partners who had spent collective decades at McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group. We had advised the world's largest organisations, guided boards through existential crises, and shaped strategies that created billions in shareholder value. And yet, we increasingly felt a tension between the scale of the firms we had called home and the intimacy that transformative work truly demands.

We founded Point Advisory to offer something deliberately different: a consulting experience that combines the intellectual rigour of the top-tier firms with the personal accountability and deep relational investment of a boutique practice. We take on fewer clients. We work directly with senior leadership. We stay embedded long enough to see our recommendations through to real outcomes.

Over the past decade, we have grown deliberately — adding partners who share our conviction that the best consulting is not delivered in slide decks, but in the quiet moments of counsel that change how leaders think, decide, and lead.
